I'm wearing yellow this World Mental Health Day and raising vital funds for YoungMinds
This Hello Yellow I will join thousands of individuals, schools and communities across the country to raise money and show young people that they're not alone with their mental health.
Right now, more than 1 in 4 young people have a probable mental health condition. Many aren't getting the help they need, when they need it. Some don’t even know where to turn, who to talk to, or if anyone else feels the same. But we can change this.
By wearing yellow on World Mental Health Day (10 October), and donating what you can, you can show young people that they are not alone and that things can get better.
Wear it loud. Wear it proud. Because we stand brighter, together.

To the bright young minds and the dedicated hearts guiding them — Every child deserves a safe space to dream, to feel, and to grow. Mental health is the foundation upon which all learning and creativity are built. May this contribution serve as a small seed toward nurturing hope, resilience, and confidence in every student who walks through your doors. Together, let’s keep reminding our young people that their feelings matter, their voices count, and their potential is limitless.”
