Terms and Conditions for the Hello Yellow Marks & Spencer Buddy Benches 2025 Free Prize Draw ("Prize Draw") 

  1. By entering the prize draw you agree to these prize draw terms and conditions. 
  2. The promoter of this prize draw is Young Minds Trust, registered charity number 1016968 and company number 02780643 of 4th Floor India House, Curlew Street, London, England, SE1 2ND (the “Charity”). 
  3. The prize is a Buddy Bench provided by Marks & Spencer PLC (company number 00214436) (the “Prize Provider”), the headline partner of Hello Yellow. 
  4. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. 
  5. Participants will be entered into the free Prize Draw if: 
    1. They are a UK-based education setting 
    2. They sign up to Hello Yellow 2025 through the Hello Yellow Schools registration form and opt in to the prize draw 
  6. There is a limit of 1 entry per email address. 
  7. The closing date of the Prize Draw is 11.59pm (BST, UK) on 29th September 2025. Sign-ups submitted after this date will not be included. 
  8. The Charity accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, network or server failure of any kind. 
  9. 173 winners will be chosen by random draw from all entrants in the Prize Draw, supervised by an independent person, on 6th October 2025. The independent person must not be directly involved in the management or administration of the prize draw and should be impartial to the outcome, such as an external auditor, a legal representative, or a senior staff member from another department within YoungMinds who is not associated with the prize draw. 
  10. The prize must be used at the entrant’s school and cannot be used for private use by the winner. 
  11. There is a limit of 1 prize per education setting regardless of whether multiple entries are made for different email addresses at the same education setting. In instances where multiple winners are drawn from the same education setting, these additional winners will be void. 
  12. The winners will be notified by email by YoungMinds. Where they are not the main contact at their school to organise delivery, winners must have provided the contact details of the person responsible for this at their school during registration, so this person can be contacted by the Prize Provider’s fulfilment partner. Details of the winners (or main contacts where this differs from the winners) will be provided to the Prize Provider’s fulfilment partner to deliver the prizes. When completing the entry form, the winners must have provided a valid UK education setting postal address, which includes a valid postcode (“Valid Postal Address”) to claim their prize. 
  13. If a winner or main contact does not respond to the Prize Provider's fulfilment partner within 28 days of being notified to confirm acceptance of the prize, the winner’s prize may be forfeited, and the Charity will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.  
  14. Upon confirmation of acceptance of the prize, the Prize Provider and their supplier will work with the school to arrange a time for delivery of the bench. The Charity is not responsible for the condition of the prize or any delays in its delivery. The Prize Provider assumes full responsibility for the fulfilment and delivery of the prize, including any damage incurred during shipping. Once the prize has been delivered to the specified address, the Prize Provider’s responsibility is fulfilled, and the Charity will not be liable for any subsequent issues with the prize. 
  15. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 
  16. The charity reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Charity’s control make it necessary to do so. 
  17. The decision of the Charity regarding any aspects of the Prize Draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 
  18. The winners’ names can be obtained by sending an email to helloyellow@youngminds.org.uk within 28 days of the closing date of the Prize Draw. 
  19. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entry. The Charity reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions. 
  20. The Charity reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend these Terms and Conditions where it becomes necessary to do so. 
  21. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Charity, its agents and distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss or damage occurring as a result of taking up the prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Charity, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude the Charity’s liability for fraud, personal injury or death, caused by the Charity. 
  22. The winner may be asked to participate in publicity related to the Prize Draw, which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media. The winner has the right to choose not to participate in publicity. 
  23. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be passed on to the Prize Provider and their third-party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment, delivery, or arrangement of the prize. Read M&S’s Privacy Policy, www.marksandspencer.com/c/data-protection-policy

Personal details will only be used for marketing purposes if you have consented to receive future marketing from the Charity (you may have already done this if you have registered your details with us previously).   25. The Charity reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions from time to time. 
  26. The Prize Draw, these Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim between the parties arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw and / or these Terms and Conditions, or their subject matter or formation. 

Hello Yellow Top 100 School Fundraisers Reward 2025 – Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions for the Hello Yellow Top 100 Schools Fundraisers 2025 Reward 

  1. By fundraising for YoungMinds you agree to these terms and conditions. 
  2. The promoter of this reward is Young Minds Trust, registered charity number 1016968 and company number 02780643 of 4th Floor India House, Curlew Street, London, England, SE1 2ND (the “Charity”). 
  3. The reward is a top 100 schools digital certificate provided by the Charity (the “Reward”). 
  4. Participants will be eligible for the Reward if: 
    1. They are a UK-based school or sixth form college. 
    2. They have fundraised for Hello Yellow 2025. 
    3. Their fundraising or donations are linked to a school or sixth form record on YoungMinds’ database. 
  5. There is a limit of 1 entry per school or sixth form. 
  6. The closing date for fundraising and donations to have been sent to YoungMinds for processing is 11.59pm (GMT, UK) on Monday 10th November 2025. Fundraising and donations received after this date will not be included.  
  7. To ensure donations and fundraising can be correctly attributed to each school or sixth form and maximise the chance of being in the top 100 school fundraisers, they are encouraged to make sure they have registered via the Hello Yellow schools registration form 
  8. Details about how to pay in fundraising can be found in the Hello Yellow fundraising pack, on the Hello Yellow website, or by contacting helloyellow@youngminds.org.uk. Only donations made using one of these methods are eligible.  
  9. Gift Aid added to donations is not eligible to be included in a school or sixth form's overall fundraising total. 
  10. In instances where cheques (or similar donation methods) have been sent to the Charity for processing, these will be eligible for entry if they have arrived with the Charity by the closing date, even if the Charity has not processed the donation before the deadline. 
  11. In instances where a school or sixth form requires a paying in slips to pay in fundraising, they should request this as soon as possible by emailing helloyellow@youngminds.org.uk. These can take up to 10 working days for schools to receive from the date of the request. Donations made using this method must have been received by the Charity by the deadline to be eligible. The Charity is not responsible for a school being ineligible for the Reward if this is caused by request processing times, delays with, or loss of paying in slips. 
  12. It is the responsibility of the school or sixth form to ensure that all donations made to the Charity can be clearly attributed to that school or sixth form. Failure to do so may result in some donations being ineligible for the top 100 schools reward. 
  13. There is no minimum fundraising amount required to be eligible to win. 
  14. The top 100 school fundraisers will be notified by email by the Charity once all donations received before the deadline have been processed. 
  15. Where an email address is not available, the school or sixth form will forfeit their Reward. 
  16. The Reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 
  17. The charity reserves the right to replace the Reward with an alternative Reward of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Charity’s control make it necessary to do so. 
  18. The decision of the Charity regarding any aspects of the Reward is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 
  19. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entry. The Charity reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the reward to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with the Reward and / or these Terms and Conditions, or their subject matter or formation.

Terms and Conditions for the Hello Yellow Posters for Schools Feedback 2025 Free Prize Draw ("Prize Draw") 

  1. By entering the prize draw you agree to these prize draw terms and conditions. 
  2. The promoter of this prize draw is Young Minds Trust, registered charity number 1016968 and company number 02780643 of 4th Floor India House, Curlew Street, London, England, SE1 2ND (the “Charity”). 
  3. The prize is a collection of 5 A3 prints provided by the Charity (the “Prize”): 
    1. 1 x ‘A Little Bit of Hope...’ by Alpha Loft 
    2. 1 x ‘You Are Enough’ by Mister Phil 
    3. 1 x ‘You Are Not Alone’ by David Oku 
    4. 1 x ‘You Are Not Alone’ by Nina Bombina 
    5. 1 x ‘You Are Here and You Matter’ by Rubyetc 
  4. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. 
  5. Participants will be entered into the free Prize Draw if: 
    1. They are a UK-based school or sixth form college. 
    2. They sign up to Hello Yellow 2025 through the Hello Yellow Schools registration form 
    3. They complete the Hello Yellow 2025 feedback survey and opt in to enter the prize draw. 
  6. There is a limit of 1 entry per email address. 
  7. The closing date of the Prize Draw is 11.59pm (BST, UK) on Friday 24th October 2025. Sign-ups submitted after this date will not be included. 
  8. The Charity accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, network or server failure of any kind. 
  9. 100 winners will be chosen by random draw from all entrants in the Prize Draw, supervised by an independent person, on 30th October 2025. The independent person must not be directly involved in the management or administration of the prize draw and should be impartial to the outcome, such as an external auditor, a legal representative, or a senior staff member from another department within YoungMinds who is not associated with the prize draw. 
  10. The prize must be used at the entrant’s school and cannot be used for private use by the winner. 
  11. There is a limit of 1 prize per email address. 
  12. The winners will be notified by email by YoungMinds. The winners must have provided a valid UK school or sixth form college postal address, which includes a valid postcode (“Valid Postal Address”) when signing up to Hello Yellow to their prize, which is where prizes will be dispatched to.  
  13. The Charity and their third-party fulfilment partner will dispatch the Prize. The Charity is not responsible for the condition of the prize or any delays in its delivery. Once the prize has been delivered to the specified address, the Charity's responsibility is fulfilled, and the Charity will not be liable for any subsequent issues with the prize. 
  14. The Prize will be dispatched using second class post. 
  15. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 
  16. The Charity reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Charity’s control make it necessary to do so. 
  17. The decision of the Charity regarding any aspects of the Prize Draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
