I'm wearing yellow this World Mental Health Day and raising vital funds for YoungMinds

This Hello Yellow I will join thousands of individuals, schools and communities across the country to raise money and show young people that they're not alone with their mental health.

Right now, more than 1 in 4 young people have a probable mental health condition. Many aren't getting the help they need, when they need it. Some don’t even know where to turn, who to talk to, or if anyone else feels the same. But we can change this.

By wearing yellow on World Mental Health Day (10 October), and donating what you can, you can show young people that they are not alone and that things can get better.

Wear it loud. Wear it proud. Because we stand brighter, together.

💛 The Final Mile for Nina 💗 Many cherished memories made, New friendships formed, A new-found love for walking 🤣💪 and, most importantly — a huge amount raised for YoungMinds in memory of beautiful Nina, forever 13. 💛💗 Tonight has been incredible. Thank you to every single person who came to support the walk, cheer on Harry, donate to the amazing @YoungMinds charity, and most importantly — to remember Nina and support her wonderful family and friends. 💛 You have welcomed us into your community with open arms, shown us so much love and kindness, and supported every single step. From the bottom of our hearts — thank you to everyone who made this happen. 💛 Day 9 – The Day Before Our Final Walk 💗 The day before our final mile, and we are feeling so proud of everyone who has supported us, walked beside us, and donated along the way. 💛 It’s been such an honour to walk beside Nina’s amazing family and friends — every step has been filled with love, memories, and strength. 💗 We truly hope the money raised will go on to support more children and help spread awareness that mental health is real — and that there is help out there. 💛 This journey has meant so much to us. It’s helped so many people take time for themselves, get some fresh air, and feel better — reminding us all how powerful community and kindness can be. 🌿 Tomorrow will be a special day as we walk our final mile together. Yesterday was Harry’s first day of his walk, our aim is to raise awareness and support young minds in memory of Nina.
