I'm wearing yellow this World Mental Health Day and raising vital funds for YoungMinds
This Hello Yellow I will join thousands of individuals, schools and communities across the country to raise money and show young people that they're not alone with their mental health.
Right now, more than 1 in 4 young people have a probable mental health condition. Many aren't getting the help they need, when they need it. Some don’t even know where to turn, who to talk to, or if anyone else feels the same. But we can change this.
By wearing yellow on 9th October for World Mental Health Day, and donating what you can, you can show young people that they are not alone and that things can get better.

Mental health is something that is very close to me as I have C-Ptsd myself due to childhood trauma from my mother, there was nothing around when I was a child and I was dismissed. For me this is great to help all children to get the help, support and someone to actually believe them.
