The Bridge wear yellow to support young peoples mental health
Monday 21st Sep At The Bridge School one of our key values is to be 'Inclusive'.We want all young people to know they belong here and everything they feel is OK. We encourage our young people to do this by:
*Working with other peers respectfully
*Avoiding discriminatroy language or behaviours
*Encouraging others to take part and feel included
*Welcoming new members of the school community
*Recognising that everyone is at a different
point in thier journey and may need different support
*Recognising that everyone deserves a fresh start
Hello Yellow 2026 is happening on 9 October 2026 and we would like all staff, students and family to wear yellow, to raise awareness, start conversations, and raise funds (if you feel able to donate) so no young person faces mental health struggles alone.
Wear it loud. Wear it proud. Because we stand brighter, together.
