Skelmanthorpe Academy's Hello Yellow Day!

This year, we are proud to be taking part in Hello Yellow in support of YoungMinds and children and young people’s mental health.

We want every child in our school to know that their feelings matter, that it is okay to talk about how they are feeling and that there is always someone there to listen.

As part of Hello Yellow Day, our children and staff will be wearing yellow and taking part in activities throughout the day focused on feelings, wellbeing and looking after our mental health.

There is no charge for children to wear yellow and there is absolutely no expectation to donate. However, for anyone who would like to support YoungMinds and the important work they do for children, young people and their families, we would be incredibly grateful for any donations made through our fundraising page.

Every donation, no matter how small, helps us to support a fantastic cause and show our children that they are never alone.
